Returns and Exchanges

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase we will happily exchange the item or offer a refund.  To make a return, please:

1) Send back the item within 7 days of receipt.

2) Ensure it is unworn with all original packaging intact

3) Include your original delivery slip and state whether you would like a refund or an exchange for another product or size. If you would like an exchange please specify exactly which product size and colour you would like.

If you do not comply with this policy then we are afraid we will not be able to offer a refund or exchange.

You will need to pay for postage.  We also advise that you seek proof of purchase from Royal Mail/your chosen courier.
