How do I place an order?
Shopping with Knickerpicker could not be easier. Simply browse our website, find an item that you like, choose your size and the colour you want from the drop down boxes and then add the item to your basket. When you have finished adding items to your basket, select "My Basket" and continue to the checkout.
Can I place an order by telephone?
We have a customer services number- but in order to keep prices lower for you on KnickerPicker - we do not take orders over the phone.
How do I cancel/ change my order?
If, for any reason, you wish to cancel or change your order please call 0845 365 1221 between 9am and 5.30pm.
How can I pay for my order?
You can pay for your order using PayPal or a debit/credit card. We accept: Electron, Maestro, Mastercard, Solo, Visa and Visa Debit/ Delta.
I have received an incorrect item
Here at KnickerPicker we work hard to make sure that your order reaches you quickly and in the condition that you expect it. Occasionally errors do occur. If this is the case, please accept our apologies. If you have received an incorrect item please contact us on 0845 365 1221. Include the details of the item you ordered and indicate whether you would like a refund or a replacement.
Part of my order is missing
If you have been charged for goods that are not included in your package please accept our apologies. You can contact our Customer Service team via the Contact Form or by calling 084 526 91 526 with the details of the order and we will look into the issue.
My garment is faulty
We are very sorry if you have received a faulty item. Please send the goods back to KnickerPicker and we will replace the garment/s for you. See the Returns and Exchanges page for address details. Alternatively contact our Customer Service team via the Contact Form or call 0845 365 1221 for further assistance. Please ensure all items are sent back in their original condition with labels attached within 7 working days.
How do I return an Item?

If you would like to return a non faulty lingerie item then we can offer an exchange or refund (excluding any delivery charge) if you send the goods back within 7 working days of order delivery. All goods must be in their original condition, undamaged and with all product labels attached. In the interests of hygiene please note that we are unable to accept briefs and full bodies unless they are faulty. See the Returns and Exchanges page for full guideline details.


Where it is apparent that these guidelines have not been followed, we reserve the right to refuse returns of items. Please allow 14 days for your refund or replacement to be processed.
